1. Engine
Equipped with Weichai WP10 engine, it features low speed torque, energy saving and environmental protection.
The cooling system for the whole machine is optimized and the heat dissipation effect is good, ensuring the stability and reliability of the machine under harsh working conditions.
2. Hydraulic system
Double pump conflux, steering priority hydraulic system features high efficiency and low energy consumption.
Full hydraulic coaxial flow steering amplification system enables light and flexible steering, and reliable work.
The hydraulic fuel tank uses high-precision paper filter element in the oil suction and oil return pipeline, which ensures the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.
It improves the reliability of the hydraulic system by using hydraulic accessories of high standards and new technologies in the industry.
3. Stability for heavy-duty work
Special transmission and special heavy duty drive axle for block handler independently developed by JinGong for reasonable matching of the drive system.
Optimized design of working devices for high lifting ability; the structural parts are subject to finite element analysis for good overall stability.
Chassis of high ground clearance and large departure angle of counterweight enable high gradeability, which makes it adaptable to various complicated working conditions.
The service brake adopts air-over-hydraulic caliper disc brake, and the parking brake adopts flexible shaft controlled caliper brake.
The engine support adopts frame-supported suspension system, which greatly improves vibration absorption and noise reduction ability.
4. Cab:
The newly designed cab is equipped with high-grade and luxury seats, an adjustable steering machine, flexible shaft control and pilot control.
Cab: spacious, dust-free, vibration-isolated, noise-reduction, which improves the comfort and safety of driver operation;
The width of the entrance and exit is increased by 20%, and there is no threshold design, which is more convenient for drivers to go in and out.
Vibration-isolated: Cab is used with four-point elastic suspension, dually isolating vibration. Increasing the rigidity of the cab, improving the tightness, optimizing the characteristics of shock absorbers and applying sound-absorbing materials drop the noise and make the driver feel more comfortable.
The adjustable seat: Adjustable seat armrest and front and rear directional posts are suitable for operators of all sizes to adjust to a comfortable operating state.
Cab: Equipped with car mirrors, sunshade curtains, fans, cigarette lighters, cup holders, wire ring pads, radios, hand rests, safety belts, safety hammers, fire extinguishers and other comfortable and safe configurations.
Micro pressurization cab can effectively isolate dust and reduce noise.
Widened cab door with handrails on both sides and an anti-slip surface provides operators with a convenient and safe workspace.
5. Electrical management system:
The electrical system adopts centralized control, which is easy for fault maintenance and repair.
Brand-new intelligent instrument system, the display device adopts the combination instrument of a step-motor pointer meter and liquid crystal display screen. The rocker switch and the combination switch are placed in different cab areas according to ergonomics.
Adapted to modern exploration technology, it can easily pry and load the rough stone blocks, which reduces labor cost and labor intensity.
Three power modes: "heavy load", "medium load" and "light load" can be selected according to different working conditions to achieve fuel economy and consumption reduction.
