1. Hydraulic system

2. Stability for heavy-duty work
With single stage four-element double turbine hydraulic torque converter, it reduces gears and reasonably matches with the transmission and engine, offering large traction force.
Special transmission and special heavy duty drive axle for block handler independently developed by JinGong for reasonable matching of the drive system.
The structural parts are subject to finite element analysis, and the key hinge joints adopt dustproof design, which ensures good lubrication of the pin shaft.
Optimized design of working devices for high lifting ability; the structural parts are subject to finite element analysis for good overall stability.
Chassis of high ground clearance and large departure angle of counterweight enable high gradeability, which makes it adaptable to various complicated working conditions.
The service brake adopts air-over-hydraulic caliper disc 4-wheel brake, with 6 calipers in the front and 6 calipers at the back; and the parking brake adopts pneumatic caliper brake. High quality brake components ensures safe and reliable brake operations.
The engine support adopts frame-supported suspension system, which greatly improves vibration absorption and noise reduction ability.
3. Cab
The large space panoramic cab features dustproof, shock absorption and noise reduction, which improves comfort and safety.
Adapted to modern exploration technology, it can easily pry and load the rough stone blocks, which reduces labor cost and labor intensity.
4. Intelligent instruments system
Intelligent instruments system offers real time monitoring of the overall working conditions.
Three power modes: "heavy load", "medium load" and "light load" can be selected according to different working conditions to achieve fuel economy and consumption reduction.
