Product description
1. The engine using Weichai WP12, providing the high-pressure common-rail low-speed, which has high low-speed torque, energy-saving and environmental protection.
2. The block handler JGM791FT50K adopted counter-shaft electro-hydraulic shift gearbox, which has the gear shift function of forwarding four shifts backwards three shifts (KD key function), simple operation and high efficiency.
3. Load sensing full hydraulic steering and pilot control system, with smooth and flexible operation and reliable performance.
4. The suction and return oil of the hydraulic oil tank adopt high-precision paper filter elements to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.
5. The heat dissipation system of the whole machine is optimized, and the heat dissipation effect is good. Under severe working conditions, the entire machine works stably and reliably.
6. The unique wet-type drive axle for large tonnage fork loader has large braking torque to ensure the safety and reliability of the whole brake.
7. The original eight-link working device, the boom cylinder, is vertically arranged, with a great lifting and rising force. The double-plate box-type boom has strong torsion resistance, large bearing capacity, stable lifting and good vision.
8. The tire is 29.5R29★★★ engineering radial tire, with a single bearing capacity of 50 tons, which can adapt to various complex working conditions.
9. The service brake adopts a full hydraulic wet brake, the parking brake adopts a hydraulic clamp disc brake, and the brake components choose imported components, which have higher braking reliability.
10. New intelligent control system can monitor the working condition of the whole machine.
11. Cab support adopts four-point elastic suspension and silicone oil shock absorption, making operation more comfortable and safe.
Wide field and spacious cab is designed with vibration-isolated material for a more comfortable operation experience and to achieve a low internal sound level and reduced vibration.
Features control monitoring system can continuously monitor, informs and warns of any machine status and emergency.
