Product description
1.Weichai power low-speed engine, high torque at low-speed, more powerful, lower fuel consumption. Standard 93 dust rate, enabling the four matching parts to drop their rate of early wear by 90% or higher.
Intake heater grille effffectively solve the diffiffifficulty to start up at low temperature. Hyperboloid fan makes the heat dissipation more effffective and the noise lower.
2. The block handler JGM771FT32K adopted planetary power-assisted transmission from Hangzhou Advance; single-stage four-element twin-turbo hydraulic torque converter features less gears, large traction force and is in
good match with engine and transmission; simple operation and high efficiency.
3. 70 drive axle and 26.5R25 radial tire for heavy-duty work conditions has huge load-bearing capacity, suitable for different complicated conditions;
4. The hydraulic system is of dual-pump confluence and steering-priority type, higher efficiency and lower energy consumption.
5. Full-hydraulic coaxial flow makes the steering system easier to operate and more reliable to work.
6. Oil pickup and return filters are made of high-precision paper, ensuring the cleanness of hydraulic system.
7. Hydraulic parts are in line with high standards and new process, making the hydraulic system more reliable.
8. Spacious panoramic cab is resistant to dust, shock and noise; standard-configured heater or optional A/C system make the driver more comfortable and safer.
9. The entire covers are processed with electrophoretic primer, effectively avoiding any rust.
10. New intelligent control system can monitor the working condition of the whole machine.
10. Cab support adopts four-point elastic suspension and silicone oil shock absorption, making operation more comfortable and safe;
11. Sound - absorbing material is used to drop noise, with sound-insulating carpet to weaken the indoor noise.
13. Updated smart control system with independent intellectual property has the remote
diagnosis system which could provide the fast and accurate solution to customer in case of failure.
