Product description
This hydraulic system is of dual-pump confluence and steering - prevailing type,
featuring the high efficiency and low fuel consumption.
The Hydraulic pump is of high-pressure gear pump featuring excellent performance and higher reliability.
The centering arrangement of the rubber pipelines reduces the connection between the rubber hose and the steel pipe, makes it easier to maintain and reduces the failure rate.
Engine:
Using WEICCHAI T2 low-speed engine, high torque at low rpm, more powerful, lower fuel consumption.
Standard equipped with 93 dust-endurance rates, prevent parts from wearing out; Intake heater grille effectively solves the difficulty of starting up at low temperature.
A hyperboloid fan makes the heat dissipation more effective and creates less noise.
Steering hydraulic system
System supply: full-hydraulic coaxial flow-amplification steering system, flexible and easy steering and reliable performance.
The steering limit is pre-limited by rubber, which makes the limit more stable.
Cab:
The newly designed cab is equipped with high-grade and luxury seats, an adjustable steering machine, flexible shaft control and pilot control.
Cab: spacious, dust-free, vibration-isolated, noise-reduction, which improves the comfort and safety of driver operation;
The width of the entrance and exit is increased by 20%, and there is no threshold design, which is more convenient for drivers to go in and out.
Vibration-isolated: Cab is used with four-point elastic suspension, dually isolating vibration. Increasing the rigidity of the cab, improving the tightness, optimizing the characteristics of shock absorbers and applying sound-absorbing materials drop the noise and make the driver feel more comfortable.
The adjustable seat: Adjustable seat armrest and front and rear directional posts are suitable for operators of all sizes to adjust to a comfortable operating state.
Cab: Equipped with car mirrors, sunshade curtains, fans, cigarette lighters, cup holders, wire ring pads, radios, hand rests, safety belts, safety hammers, fire extinguishers and other comfortable and safe configurations.
Micro pressurization cab can effectively isolate dust and reduce noise.
Widened cab door with handrails on both sides and an anti-slip surface provides operators with a convenient and safe workspace.

The electrical system adopts centralized control, which is easy for fault maintenance and repair.
Brand-new intelligent instrument system, the display device adopts the combination instrument of a step-motor pointer meter and liquid crystal display screen. The rocker switch and the combination switch are placed in different cab areas according to ergonomics.
Extended wheelbase for heavy-duty conditions, the wheelbase extended to 3300mm, which significantly improved the reliability of the frame.
Upgraded heavy-duty drive axle with four planetary wheels has high structural strength, large bearing capacity, long service life and high reliability.
The newly designed rear hood counterweight provides more structural strength, and both sides of the doors and rear windows can be opened.
Newly designed bucket
The new bucket with enlarged side plates makes the structure more firm, reliable, and convenient to load.
The height-ended rear plate can prevent the spillage of materials during hopper collection.
The adjustable bucket ensures both sides of the bucket and the boom plate are closed tightly during withdrawal which helps shorten the operation time.
